or if you run the out of the box utility it should gather everything we need.  /sitecore/admin/SupportPackage.aspx that will gather this information into a zip package

Then file with support.sitecore.net

If support package is too large

Using FileZilla

1. Start the FileZilla FTP client. It can be downloaded from the http://filezilla-project.org/ site.
2. In the Host box, enter the value ftpes://dl.sitecore.net/upload, then click Enter:
   
3. If a security certificate confirmation message appears, click OK:
   
4. Please note that the error message "Failed to retrieve directory listing" is expected. This happens because it is not possible for unauthorized users to download information from the server.
   
5. Find the file that needs to be uploaded in the left panel, then drag & drop it to the right panel. Upload process should start immediately.
