Multilist field source is a bucket



1. use multilist with search field type
2. go to that field on a template and in the Source field enter StartSearchLocation={5FAA3660-7DAA-4AAF-95DA-E62E3FFEFAF9}&Filter=+_templatename:Speaker Bio
